This 1,000 foot vertical drop start-up was built on an Adirondack foothill ridge with a southeastern exposure. Its ten runs, served by three T-bars, worked well for the novice and intermediate. A favorite of Capital District skiers for many years, this area operated on weekends and holidays.

Operated as Adirondack Ski Center 1965-86 and as Alpine Meadows 1944-64, 1987-91.

A land dispute was the likely cause for the demise of this area.
