LOCATED OFF route 281 IN THE TOWN OF LITTLE YORK

On its open eastern facing slope, skiing was enjoyed by the locals during the winter months. A 290 foot vertical drop was served by a Hall T-bar. This was the first site of lift assisted snow tubing. A rope tow was erected to move people in an area designated for this activity. Individuals would sit in their tube and grip the rope running above them. When arriving at the top, an attendant would help them unload.
