WHITE ACRES
also: BLACK CHERRY HOLLOW

LOCATED OFF route 8 IN THE TOWN OF CLAYVILLE

This start-up used the trees and natural ridges to hold snow on a northwestern exposure. Its 210 foot vertical drop was compact creating a steep area to ski. There was a T-bar and two rope tows servicing visitors uphill. Three times a week, night skiing was only a buck!

Also operated as "BLACK CHERRY HOLLOW".
