Considered by many to be the "Mad River Glen of NY". The area operated from the 1950's until 2005; was out-of-business from 2005 to 2009, re-opening for the 2009 season.

Shortage of water for snowmaking, lack of natural snow and competition from nearby Gore Mountain are among the reasons listed for their problems.
