Work on Ski Tow at Park Progressing

Installation of the new ski tow at St. Lawrence State Park, Ogdensburg, is 75 percent completed, according to Charles J. Elliott, regional manager of the Thousand Islands State Park Commission.

Officials hope to have the ski tow in operation by Jan. 1. The tow is a-J-Bar type being installed by Hall Ski Lift Co., Watertown. An enclosed warming shack also is being constructed.
